We ship ArcNeon products to customers worldwide. Here is what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. You will get an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery times depend on your location. Estimates after your order ships:

United States and Canada: 10–20 business days
Europe and United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
Middle East: 7–18 business days
Rest of the world: 12–25 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, holidays and carrier delays can add time.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show updates after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by your country. These charges are your responsibility unless shown at checkout, and we do not control them.

Multiple items

If you order more than one product, items may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before you pay. We cannot redirect or refund a parcel that is delivered to the address you entered. Contact us right away if you spot a mistake and we will try to fix it before shipping.
